Latinum: Time Tracking & Invoicing Platform
Built by Copious Communications Inc., Latinum turns time spent on tickets into invoices automatically — then collects the payments. Track, invoice, and get paid without leaving your workflow.
What Is Latinum?
Latinum is a time tracking and invoicing platform built for service teams that live in their ticketing system. It adds a timer to every Zendesk ticket, flows the ticket details into invoice line items automatically, and handles everything from recurring invoices and retainers through to GST/PST reporting and online payments.
Latinum is owned and developed by Copious Communications Inc. (Copious IT), Vancouver, BC. Learn more or request access at mylatinum.com.
Ticket Timer
A sidebar app adds a timer to every Zendesk ticket. Start it when you begin work, stop it when you're done, and the time is captured right where the work happens.
Automatic Invoicing
Ticket details flow straight into invoice line items. No re-typing. Per-hour, per-project, or scope-based billing models, with recurring invoices and retainers supported.
Payments Built In
Email the invoice or share a link. Clients pay by credit card online and can save their card for next time, routed through Helcim, a Canadian processor, with Stripe available for maximum card acceptance.
Tax Reporting
Configure tax rates — GST, PST, HST, or any other — and apply them to invoices automatically. Reports organized for filing, no spreadsheet wrangling.
Expenses
Log expenses by category, attach receipts, and mark them billable or internal-only. Billable expenses can be pulled onto time-and-materials invoices automatically.
Canadian-Made
Founded by Jordan Eunson and built in Vancouver by Copious Communications Inc. Proudly Canadian, with payments routed through a Canadian processor.
Track, invoice, and get paid — without switching tools.
Service work runs on tickets. But the time you spend on a ticket, the invoice it becomes, and the payment that follows all live in separate tools — and the handoffs between them are where time and money leak.
Latinum starts a timer in the ticketing system where the work happens, so nothing gets captured twice and nothing gets lost. Ticket details become invoice line items. Invoices become online payments. Reporting and tax are handled along the way.
It's owned and built by Copious Communications Inc., the Vancouver IT company, and it's made for the way service teams actually work.
